Orders are lovingly prepared within 3-5 business days. Shipping within Romania typically takes 2–4 days, while international deliveries may take 7–14 days depending on customs. Shipping to US and Canada currently not available. For more information visit

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. For deliveries within Romania, you can choose home delivery or locker pickup. We aim to keep fees fair, reflecting the care in each package. For international deliveries we will calculate the shipping cost regarding the destination and weight of package. For more information visit.

If you select “Locker Pickup” at checkout, please make sure to enter the address or ID of the locker where you want your order delivered, not your personal home address. Also mention in the Adress line 2 which pick up point do you prefer (Easybox, Fanbox, Gls). If you accidentally enter your home address, your order may be delayed.

Each piece is carefully packaged, but if it arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at doro.upcycling@gmail.com with a photo of the demaged item. We will work with you to resolve the issue and make it right. For more information visit.
Shipping

We hope every piece finds its home, but if it doesn’t, returns are welcome within 14 days of delivery. Please pack the item carefully in secure packaging to ensure it returns safely to us. Items should be unworn and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise stated. For more information visit.

Each creation is unique — from the reclaimed fabrics to the hand-stitched details. Because of this, we do not accept exchanges. Every piece carries its own story, and an exchange would not replicate its one-of-a-kind magic. Explore more about exchanges.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if it’s approved. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to process the payment. For more information visit.

Yes! You can request a custom piece by contacting us directly at doro.upcycling@gmail.com . Custom requests can be scrunchies, headbands, seasonal decorations, or even bridal headbands — we love bringing your ideas to life. Each custom piece takes 7 business days to produce, and shipping within Romania takes 2–4 business days. International shipping may take up to 14 days, depending on customs. Absolutely. If you have a fabric that’s precious to you, we can transform it into a unique hair accessory or decoration. This process may take a bit longer: first, the fabric needs to be shipped to us at the customer’s cost, then we craft your piece within 7 business days and send it to you. Each stitch will carry the story of your material, woven into something new. More about this.

All seasonal decorations are made to order. Preorder ensures that each piece is carefully crafted just for you. Production takes 5–7 business days, and shipping takes 2–4 business days within Romania and up to 14 days internationally depending on customs. For more information about shipping visit.

Since preorders are made-to-order, we may not always be able to cancel or modify them once production begins. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Custom orders with names or personal messages are not available for cancellation.
