Order Processing & Shipping
Regular in-stock orders are prepared in 3–5 business days. An email confirms your order. Shipping within Romania takes approximately 2–4 business days. International (EU) shipping may take up to 14 business days, depending on customs. Seasonal or preorder items require 5–7 business days to produce, plus 2–4 business days for Romanian shipping. Preorders are required for these limited items. Shipping fees are paid by the customer and are calculated at checkout.

Shipping Rates & Estimates
Domestic Shipping (Romania):
Standard delivery fee: 25 RON per package, regardless of quantity. If the package weighs over 1 kg, the shipping cost may be recalculated. Free shipping for orders exceeding 400 RON. We use trusted couriers (Sameday, FAN Courier, Cargus, GLS), depending on availability. Important: Returns via Romanian Post are not accepted.
Locker / Pickup Option (Romania):
Choose locker delivery for a flexible and eco-friendly option — it’s often faster and cheaper than home delivery. Available through Sameday Easybox, FANbox, GLS Lockers and networks across Romania. Estimated rate: around 15 RON per package. When placing your order, simply select your preferred locker / pickup point for delivery. Please make sure to enter the address or ID of the locker and where you want your order delivered, not your personal home address. You can choose between Easybox, FANbox, GLS locker. If you accidentally enter your home address, your order may be delayed. You will an SMS or email when your parcel is ready — and can collect it 24/7, whenever convenient.

International Orders (Europe):
Please email us at doro.upcycling@gmail.com with “International Order” in the subject, and include your name, address, phone, email, and the items you want. We’ll calculate shipping costs and send you a quote before confirming the order. Delivery may take up to 14 business days, depending on customs. We are not liable for courier or customs delays.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to return most items within 14 calendar days of receiving them, per EU consumer law. Eligible items must be unused, unworn, in original condition, with proof of purchase. Before returning an item, you must contact us at doro.upcycling@gmail.com to receive return instructions. Unsolicited returns may not be accepted. Pack items carefully so they are not damaged during return shipping. The cost of return shipping is typically borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed. Custom-made or personalised items (including bridal headbands, custom fabric items, or preorders) cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your package upon delivery. If an item is damaged or incorrect, email us within 3 days at doro.upcycling@gmail.com with a photo. If the package is visibly damaged, you may refuse the delivery from the courier. Otherwise, we’ll evaluate and resolve the issue (repair, replacement, or refund).

Custom & Special Orders
Custom requests can include scrunchies, headbands (including bridal), hairclips, and seasonal decorations— even from fabric you send us. Custom production takes 7 business days. Shipping for custom orders: 2–4 days in Romania, up to 14 days internationally (customs may apply). If you provide your own fabric, you must ship it to us at your cost. Production starts only after we receive it. Pricing for custom items is determined per request, based on materials, design, and labor. Returns for custom items are not accepted, except if the delivered item is damaged or incorrect.⸻
Exchanges
We generally do not accept exchanges, because each piece is unique.If you wish to get something else, you can return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of approval. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may require a few extra days to reflect the funds.
